AAA Prime Rib Beef Dip
slow roasted AAA prime rib of beef sliced thin, crispy onions, horseradish aioli, freshly baked garlic buttered baguette, au jus
Instructions: preheat oven to broil, Place beef and jus into a pan over medium heat, bring to a boil. Place baguette on to a sheet pan, butter side up and toast in the oven, 2 - 4 mins. Once toasted, spread horseradish aioli on to the baguette and place the hot beef on top, then cover with crispy onions. Pour the jus from the pan into a dish for dipping. Enjoy!
